On the Spot Dog Training was founded and is managed by Marilyn Gaffney. Marilyn is one of only three NADOI (National Association Of Dog Obedience Instructors) - certified instructors in St. Louis. She has trained more than 850 dogs, including over 85 different breeds plus 150 mixed-breed dogs. Her experience includes teaching puppy, beginner and competition classes, boarding training, private lessons and in-home training. She earned advanced titles in obedience competition on her two Dalmatians and on her retired racing Greyhound. Additionally, she raised a Labrador puppy for the Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind, Inc.
